Dormont 11-5-1984 by Ord. No. 1328; amended in its entirety at time
of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). Subsequent
amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Borough
Code in 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1005(7), an independent auditor shall
henceforth be appointed annually by resolution before the close of
each fiscal year to make an independent examination of the accounting
records of the Borough of Dormont for such fiscal year, and such independent
auditor shall also perform the other duties and exercise the powers
as conferred upon such independent auditor by the Borough Code in
8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1059.11.
