A.
The Council shall appoint a suitable person to act as Code Enforcement
Officer in and for the Borough.
B.
Such officer shall have the power and authority of a special enforcement
officer with respect to this Code and all other Borough ordinances
and shall be under the supervision and control of the Borough Manager
and shall perform such other duties as the Borough Manager may direct.
