A.
There is hereby adopted the International
Building Code and International Residential Code of 2009, hereinafter
IBC/IRC which codes and supplements are published by the International
Code Council, Inc., and which codes and supplements are adopted as
fully as if set out in this Section. One (1) copy of the IBC/IRC and
supplement thereto adopted in this Section shall be on file in the
office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection.
C.
The building code as adopted by the City
of Gerald may, as necessary, from time to time, be amended to add
local modifications and revisions as may be approved by the Board
as recommended by the City Building Inspector.
