No person shall operate a commercial
vehicle on the following streets or parts of streets:

1.
It has been determined that the use of
the above-named City streets as a through route is contributing to
the rapid deterioration of theses streets so all vehicles of ten thousand
(10,000) pounds gross weight are ordered to use the alternate route
where U.S. Highway 50 intersects Highway H.
2.
All vehicles of more than ten thousand
(10,000) pounds gross weight are hereby prohibited from using Springfield
Road from U.S. Highway 50 to Highway H, 4th Street from U.S. Highway
50 to Highway H, 5th Street from U.S. Highway 50 to Highway H and
6th Street from U.S. Highway 50 to Highway H as a direct route through
the City of Gerald.
3.
Maximum load limit of six thousand (6,000)
pounds on bridge facing west on Flottmann Road on west side of bridge
facing east on Flottmann Road on east side of bridge.
4.
At no time within the City of Gerald, Missouri,
shall any commercial vehicle with a gross weight more than twenty-four
thousand (24,000) pounds be operated on any City street outside of
the "I-1" and/or "I-2" zoning district.
