No person shall hereafter erect, occupy or use for a stable
any building for the maintenance of any domestic animal in the City
without first obtaining a license therefor from the Board of Health.
The Board of Health may make such regulations or orders respecting
the drainage, ventilation, number of animals and the storage and handling
of manure in any stables as in its judgment the public health requires.
