The Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh finds it necessary to add a new Article XI entitled "Tax Foreclosure Proceedings" to require that Town tax foreclosure proceedings to collect delinquent property tax liens, including interest, penalties and other charges, that have accrued against a parcel and that remain unpaid, be commenced on an annual basis.
This article shall hereafter be known and cited as "Tax Foreclosure
Proceedings."
