There is hereby established a Reserve Corps of the Overland
Police Department.

Members of the Reserve Corps of the Police Department shall
be appointed by the Mayor with the consent and approval of the majority
of the members of the City Council.
The Reserve Corps of the Police Department shall be subject
to the training requirements set forth in Section 590.115, RSMo.
