A.
Administrative Appeal. Any person aggrieved by a decision
or order of the Director of Public Works may appeal in writing within
ten (10) days after the issuance of such decision or order by the
Director of Public Works and shall be entitled to a hearing before
the Board of Adjustment.
B.
Judicial Review. Any person aggrieved by a decision or order
of the Board of Adjustment, after exhausting all administrative remedies,
shall have the right to seek review of the decision or order of the
Board of Adjustment by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County.
