Editor's Note — Ord. no. 4-72 authorized the mayor to enter into a contract with the Division of Weights and Measures of St. Louis County. Such contract calls for the county to perform services relating to weights and measures, such as checking scales and other weighing measuring devices, within the city. The laws and regulations of St. Louis County relative to weights and measures apply to and are enforced in the city of Glendale.
