B.
Exception. Commercial vehicle travel upon other streets in the City
is prohibited except vehicles of local origin, vehicles making deliveries
thereon and commercial vehicles licensed at less than eighteen thousand
(18,000) pounds gross vehicle weight by the State Department of Revenue.
