It shall be unlawful for any operator to stand or park any vehicle in any area which is designated by appropriate signs and markings as a "Fire Lane". The areas designated in Schedule XI are hereby declared as "Fire Lanes":
1. 
In the Overland Plaza Shopping Center at Woodson and Page, along the facade of the easternmost businesses, a thirty (30) foot fire lane should be designated measuring three hundred (300) feet in a direction generally north to south; along the southernmost building facade a thirty (30) foot fire lane should be designated measuring seven hundred eighty (780) feet generally east to west; along the eastern facade of the store adjacent to Schnucks an area measuring twenty-four (24) feet from the northeast corner to the southeast corner of the facade should be designated as a fire lane; an area measuring twenty-four (24) feet from the southwest rear of Marshalls running generally east to the corner of Schnucks should be designated as a fire zone.

At the Venture Shopping Center, at 8901 Page, an area of the paved parking surface which is closest to the main building of the shopping center, and which is thirty (30) feet wide and extends around the entire perimeter of the building.
3. 
At the National Food Store, at 1610 Dielman (Central Plaza Shopping Center), the first (1st) thirty (30) feet of paved parking surface nearest the north side of the National Food Store building.
4. 
At the Central Hardware Store, at 1616 Dielman (Central Plaza Shopping Center), the first (1st) thirty (30) feet of parking surface nearest the north, west, and south sides of the Central Hardware building and the areas of parking surface nearest the "emergency exits" on the east wall of the building, which said exit areas shall be defined by yellow cross-hatch marks.
5. 
In the Overland Plaza Shopping Center, at Woodson and Page, an area of paved parking surface between Plattner's and Marshall's.
