There shall be areas within the City designated as no parking zones as follows:

Location

Ann Avenue on the east side from the north curb line of Didian Avenue for a distance of 50 feet north.

Ann Avenue on the west side between Didian Avenue and Forest Avenue, which area has been designated as and posted with a sign reading "No Parking Fire Lane".

Ann Avenue on the west side within 15 feet of the Didian Avenue intersection.

Benton Street on the south side for a distance of 25 feet from its intersection with Third Street.

Bethany Court on the north side from its intersection with Centenary Court as it continues east to and including no parking in the cul-de-sac.

Boyd Avenue on the north and south sides for a distance of 15 feet from its intersection with Jefferson Avenue.

Boyd Avenue on the north side from the west boundary of Inez Avenue to the south boundary of Crescent Avenue.

Boyd Avenue on the south side from the east curb line of Inez Avenue for a distance of 50 feet east.

Boyd Avenue on the south side from the west curb line of Inez Avenue for a distance of 50 feet west.

Bracadale from on the east side its starting point at Inverness to its termination point at Highland Village Drive.

Carnegie Court commencing at the beginning of the circle adjacent to 120 Carnegie Court, and continuing around the same side of the street to the intersection of Carnegie Court and Highland Village Drive.

Centenary Court at its intersection with Bethany Court, on the southeast corner from the intersection to a point 75 feet to the south and west.

Centenary Court on the east side commencing at Bethany Court and Centenary Court continuing north to and including no parking in the cul-de-sac, excepting the area separated from the main road by an island.

Centenary Court on the east side commencing at the intersection at Bethany Court and Centenary Court continuing south to the intersection of Emmanuel Court and Centenary Court.

Cul-de-sacs located within the City except that parking is allowed on Upper Estates Drive and Lower Estates Drive.

Dougherty Ferry Road on both sides of that portion lying wholly within the City limits.

Emmanuel Court on the east side beginning at the intersection of Centenary Court and continuing north including the cul-de-sac.

Emmanuel Court on the east side beginning at the intersection of Centenary Court and Emmanuel Court continuing south to the intersection of Morehead Court and Emmanuel Court.

Emmanuel Court on the east side beginning at the intersection of Morehead Court and Emmanuel Court continuing south to include the cul-de-sac, except the area separated from the main road by an island.

Eva Avenue along both sides, along the entirety of the street.

Fernridge Avenue from its southern intersection with Lookout, 100 feet to the north, on both sides of the street.

Fernridge Avenue on the south and west side from its intersection with Meramec Station Road to its southern intersection with Lookout Avenue.

Fifth Street on the west side from the north curb line of Vest Avenue to the signs reading "No Parking Police Order".

Florissant Avenue on both sides.

Forest Avenue on the east side between Highway 141 and the City limits.

Forest Avenue on the west side for a distance of 25 feet south from the south curb line of Lookout Avenue.

Forest Parkway on either side, except where designated parking spaces are marked and provided (Fire Lanes).

Fourth Street on the east and west side from the north curb line of Marshall Road to signs reading "No Parking Here to Corner".

Fourth Street on the east side from the north curb line of Benton Avenue to the sign reading "No Parking Police Order".

Frances Avenue on both sides.

Front Street on the east side, Monday through Friday.

Front Street on the east and west sides from the north curb line of Marshall Road to the south curb line of Didian.

Glenbarr Drive on the northwest side in its entirety from intersection with Highland Village Drive.

Guylyn Place on both sides between Guylyn Drive and Guylyn Lane.

Guylyn Place on either side from its intersection with Guylyn Drive to a point on Guylyn Place 50 feet southwest of said intersection.

Guylyn Place on the northwest side for the first 70 feet beyond its intersection with Guylyn Drive.

Hanna Road on the west side commencing at address 1529 Hanna and continuing south to the intersection of Bethany Court and Hanna Road.

Hanna Road on the west side beginning at the intersection of Bethany Court and Hanna Road continuing south to include the cul-de-sac.

Henard Lane on both sides.

Highland Village Drive on the east side commencing at the southern intersection with Rutherglen Drive continuing on the north side to the intersection of Carnegie Court.

Highland Village Drive on either side from the intersection with Vance Road to the northern intersection with Rutherglen Drive.

Highland Village Drive on the south side from the intersection of Kilbrannan and Highland Village Drive continuing to the east until the intersection of Moray Court and Highland Village Drive.

Highland Village Drive on the south/southwest side from the eastern end of the visitors's parking lot to the intersection with Kilbrannan Drive.

Highland Village Drive on the west side from its intersection with Glenbarr to its termination point at Bracadale.

Highway 141 on the east and west sides from the Meramec River Bridge north to the north line of Forest Avenue.

Highway 141 on the east side between River Drive and Marshall Road.

Highway 141 on the east side from the north curb line of Marshall Road to the south right-of-way of the Missouri Pacific underpass.

Highway 141 on the west side from the south curb line of Quinwood south to the north curb line of Plainview.

Inez Avenue on the west side between Main Street and Boyd Avenue.

Inez Avenue on the west side between Ravine Avenue and Boyd Avenue.

Inez on the east side between Main Street and Boyd Avenue.

Inverness on the south side from its intersection with Bracadale through its termination.

Jefferson Avenue on both sides between Main Street and Boyd Avenue.

Jefferson Avenue on the west side from the northwest corner of Jefferson Avenue and Walker Lane to a point on Jefferson Avenue 80 feet north of said corner. The sign shall read: "No Parking Here to Corner".

Kilbrannan Drive on the east side between Inverness Drive and Highland Village Drive.

Kinross on both sides of the cul-de-sac, except parking shall be allowed around 172 feet of the interior island of the cul-de-sac, with parking prohibited on the remainder of the west side of the cul-de-sac as delineated by signage and marking thereon.

Kinross on the east side.

Lauren Estates Drive southeast side beginning at Meramec Station and Lauren Estates Drive and continuing to include the entire cul-de-sac.

Lookout Avenue on both sides.

Lookout Avenue on the north side; and Lookout Avenue on the east side between Forest Avenue and Fernridge Drive, which is to be designated as and posted by a sign reading "No Parking Here to Corner".

Marshall Avenue on the north side from the east curb line of Fourth Street to the sign reading "No Parking Here to Corner".

Marshall Avenue on the north side from the west curb line of Fourth Street to the sign reading "No Parking Here to Corner".

Marshall Road on either side from the centerline of Highway 141 to a point on Marshall Road 250 feet east of the centerline on Highway 141.

Marshall Road on the south side in the 400 block between the signs reading "No Parking Loading Zone".

Marshall Road west and east entrances shall be posted as "No Parking Fire Lanes".

Meramec Station Road south of the intersection with Fernridge Avenue on both sides and at the terminus thereof.

Moray Court on both sides of the cul-de-sac.

Old Meramec Station Road commencing 420 feet south of the intersection with Marshall Road on both east and west sides of the street to the Emergency Road entrance at the southern terminus of the road.

Petty's Hill Drive on the east and west sides.

Pharaoh Drive on the east and west sides from the south curb line of Pyramid to the north curb line of River Drive.

Plainview Avenue on the south side from Main Street to Meramec Station Road.

Quinwood Street on the north and south side.

Rutherglen Drive on the north side from its intersection with Highland Village Drive to its intersection with Glennbar Drive.

St. Louis Avenue in the one hundred block on the south side of the street.

St. Louis Avenue in the two hundred block from Second Avenue east to a sign reading "No Parking Here to Corner".

St. Louis Avenue on both sides from Beckett Memorial Drive to Seventh Street.

St. Louis Avenue on the north side from the east boundary of Beckett Memorial Drive to a point 50 feet, more or less, from the east boundary of Beckett Memorial Drive.

Summertree Springs Avenue on the west side from its intersection with Vance Road to its terminus.

Valley Park Elementary School on the east entrance for a distance of 25 feet and on the west exit to the Valley Park Elementary School for a distance of 25 feet, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on days when school is in session only.

Vance Road on the south side between Highway 141 and the City limits.

Vest Avenue in the three hundred block of the north side of the street.

Walker Lane on the cul-de-sac.

West Avenue on the west side between two (2) signs reading "No Parking Fire Lane".

Westwind Estates Drive on the south side beginning at the intersection of Westwind Estates Lane and Westwind Estates Drive continuing to the east to include the cul-de-sac.

Westwind Estates Lane on the west side beginning at the intersection of Westwind Estates Drive and Westwind Estates Lane continuing to the south to include the cul-de-sac.

Westwind Estates Drive on the west side beginning at the intersection of Vance Road and Westwind Estates Drive and continuing to the south to the intersection of Westwind Estates Lane and Westwind Estates Drive.

Wynnstay Avenue on the south side on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
