Commercial vehicles in excess of nine (9) tons shall not be
operated on the following streets within the City of Valley Park unless
for local service and delivery:
Ann Avenue
Bungalow Avenue
Eva Avenue, westbound traffic
Fernridge Drive
Jefferson Avenue
Lookout Drive
Maple Avenue
