A. 
This article shall apply to all persons or entities desiring to use the facilities at City parks.
B. 
The rental fee for Fisher Hall shall be an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the City Council, per hour of use. A deposit, in an amount as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council, is required. This payment shall be made at the City Treasurer's office. There is also a nonrefundable fee, in an amount as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council, to be deducted from the deposit for setup and teardown of the chairs and tables. An amount, as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council, will be refunded from the deposit if there is no damage and the premises are left clean.[1]

C. 
The fee for a pavilion rental is an amount, as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council. A deposit, in an amount as established as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council, is required. The deposit shall be paid at the office of the City Treasurer.[2]

D. 
Fifty percent of the rental deposit is due 60 days prior to the rental date and the remaining rental deposit is payable 14 days prior to the rental date. Nonpayment of the fees set forth above, pursuant to any schedule established by the City will result in forfeiture of the reservation.
E. 
There will be no refunds of the deposits if the reservation is canceled or for nonpayment of the entire rental deposit as established by the payment schedule set by the City.
F. 
There will be no fee for organizations with their headquarters located in the City of Lower Burrell that are an IRS 501(c) organization. The no-fee provision shall apply only when the nonprofit organization submits a copy of its 501(c) nonprofit certification along with a transmittal letter on the organization's letterhead.
G. 
Council may change the fee schedules and payment provisions established in this article from time to time by resolution.
H. 
Council of the City of Lower Burrell may adopt such rules and regulations as they deem necessary for the use and rental of the facilities at City parks.
