A.
No vehicle
with a load limit exceeding a gross weight of nine (9) tons shall
be operated on the following streets:
Ann Avenue
Benton Street
Didian Avenue
Fernridge Drive
Lookout Drive
Maple Avenue
All brick streets within the City limits
B.
No vehicle
with a gross weight in excess of forty-four and eight-tenths (44.8)
tons for single units and sixty-seven and two-tenths (67.2) tons for
all others, including its load, shall be operated on the Vance Road
or Hanna Road bridges across Fishpot Creek or on Marshall Road or
Big Bend Road across Grand Glaize Creek.
C.
No vehicle
with a load limit exceeding a gross weight of nine (9) tons shall
be operated on Marshall Road east of its intersection with Ninth Street
provided that the Public Works Director may permit temporary uses
thereof subject to conditions that he/she deems appropriate.
