A. 
Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter before any Magisterial District Judge shall be sentenced to pay a maximum fine as provided from time to time by state statute, together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

B. 
The Borough Solicitor may maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the Borough of Sharon Hill in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with these rules and regulations or to restrain by injunction any violation of these rules and regulations, notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection A hereof for a penalty or other punishment.
C. 
Where any violation of these rules and regulations causes expense to the Borough of Sharon Hill, such violation may also be punished by a civil suit against the violator, brought by the Borough Solicitor in the name of the Borough in a court of competent jurisdiction, to recover such additional cost.
