7.1.1.Â
The Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company, Incorporated, shall be and
shall operate as the official fire-fighting organization of the Municipality
of Bethel Park.
7.2.1.Â
The Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company, Incorporated, and its officers
and members, shall have the power and duty to do all & things
necessary and proper under the laws of Pennsylvania to carry out the
duties of the official fire-fighting organization of the Municipality
of Bethel Park.
7.3.1.Â
Any ordinances or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions
of this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent
of such conflict.
