A.
A street "intersection", as referred to in this Schedule, is hereby
defined as the area embraced by the prolongation of the lateral curb
lines or, if none, then the lateral boundary lines of two (2) or more
streets which join one another at an angle, whether or not one such
street or highway crosses the other.
B.
A "no left turn intersection", as referred to in this Schedule,
is hereby defined as any intersection at which there shall have been
erected or placed a sign or marker with the words "NO LEFT TURN" thereon
or an international traffic sign designating "NO LEFT TURN".
C.
A "no right turn intersection", as referred to in this Schedule,
is hereby defined as any intersection at which there shall have been
erected or placed a sign or marker with the words "NO RIGHT TURN"
thereon or an international traffic sign designated "NO RIGHT TURN".
D.
The operator of every vehicle shall be prohibited from making a left turn or right turn at or near the crossing of any street now or hereafter lawfully designated as a no left turn or a no right turn intersection and at which there shall have been placed or erected a sign or marker as specified in Subsection (B) or (C) of this Schedule prohibiting a left turn or a right turn.
E.
There
are hereby established the following: a no left turn intersection
and a no right turn intersection at which the City Traffic Engineer
of the City of Pasadena Hills shall erect, place and maintain appropriate
NO LEFT TURN or NO RIGHT TURN signs or markers.
