A.
No animal repellent device, as defined in § 49-1 of this chapter, is permitted to be placed within 25 feet of any property line.
B.
An animal
repellent device shall not be directed at or toward a public street,
way or park or the private property of another person.
C.
No animal
repellent device shall be so situated that the sound emitted causes
distress or agitation of animals on any public or neighboring private
property.
