The Board hereby adopts the Food Service Establishment Code,
on file in the City offices and incorporated herein as if fully set
forth and on file in the City offices, as the "Food Service Establishment
Code" of the City of New Melle.

The Board hereby designates St. Charles County, specifically
the St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment
or its authorized representative, as the regulatory authority with
regard to the City's Food Service Establishment Code. Whenever the
term "Department" appears in the Code, that term
shall mean the St. Charles County Department of Community Health and
the Environment.

The Board hereby affirms the fees set forth in the Code and
authorizes St. Charles County to collect such fees as part of its
regulatory and enforcement authority with regard to the Code.
