A.
No
building or structure hereafter erected, enlarged, diminished, extended
or altered, in whole or in part, shall be used or occupied in whole
or in part until an occupancy permit shall have been issued by the
City Clerk.
B.
The
owner of such structure of building must apply for an occupancy permit
through the City Clerk.
C.
An
occupancy permit will be issued upon proof of utility hookups of electricity,
propane, water and sewer and proof that said structure complies with
the Zoning and Building Code of the City of New Melle, Missouri. The
occupancy permit must be visible on the outside of said home, apartment
or business for a period of thirty (30) days after issuance.
