It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight door or lock which may not be released for opening from the inside of said icebox, refrigerator or container.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snap lock or other device thereon without first removing the said snap lock or doors from said icebox, refrigerator or container.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave in a place accessible to children any abandoned or unattended well, cesspool or cistern without an adequate and substantial cover.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter before any Magisterial District Judge shall be sentenced to pay a maximum fine as provided from time to time by state statute, together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
