A.
There
is hereby established a Pagedale Sewer Lateral Program in accordance
with the results of the April 4, 2000 election vote of Pagedale's
citizens.
B.
The
Pagedale Board of Alderpersons hereby establish a policy, a copy of
which is on file in the City offices and incorporated by reference,
to effectuate the sewer lateral program.
