Any firm, association, person, partnership, or corporation or
any agent thereof who violates any provisions of this Article or the
Building Code adopted herein, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon the conviction of which, shall be fined not less than one hundred
dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or
be imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both. Each day
during which such violation shall continue to exist is a separate
offense.
