In accordance with Section 330.010 of this Title, vehicular traffic within the limits of the roads, streets or alleys herein described shall move only in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited.
Description of Road, Street or Alley
The alley which runs from Seminary to Benton Streets between
Main and Steamboat Landing:
1.
The alley
shall become one-way from Seminary Street to Benton Street.
2.
Signs shall
be placed at the entrance of said alley indicating one-way traffic
on the north side of said alley.
3.
Signs shall
be placed or right-of-way shall be marked to indicate a loading zone
is present from the entrance of the right-of-way on Seminary Street
and shall run from Seminary Street toward Benton Street eighty-two
and one-half (82½) feet.
4.
A sign
shall be placed at the end of the no parking area.
5.
Head in
parking only signs shall be placed on the City property where parking
has been permitted.
6.
A do not
enter sign shall be placed at the Benton Street side of the alley;
also a stop sign at the end of the alley at Benton Street.
