The City of Weldon Spring does hereby adopt the Electrical Code
of St. Charles County, as adopted in Section 500.260, OSCCMo. One
(1) copy of said Electrical Code is on file in the City offices.
Any violation of the code adopted by this Article shall be deemed
an ordinance violation, and the violator, upon conviction, shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or
by imprisonment in the City or County Jail not exceeding ninety (90)
days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Every day that any violation
of this code shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
