The provisions of the State Sanitary Code (105 CMR 400.000)
and Title 5 of the Massachusetts Environmental Code (310 CMR 15.000),
as well as all other statutes and regulations of the commonwealth,
shall apply within the Town of Sharon, and shall be enforced by the
Board of Health as provided by law. In addition, the following rules
and regulations shall apply within the Town to the extent they impose
additional or stricter requirements than those contained in the above-mentioned
statutes or other statutes or regulations of the state, or regulate
matters not covered by such code, statutes or regulations.
