The cost of municipal construction code permit fees, zoning
permit fees, and fire permit fees is hereby waived for the Basking
Ridge Fire and First Aid Company, Liberty Corner Fire Company, and
Liberty Corner First Aid Squad.
This section does not exempt the volunteer emergency agencies
of any State of New Jersey imposed fees.
This section does not relieve the volunteer squads of the requirement
to apply for and obtain any permits required by Township ordinances.
