The Tobyhanna Township Road Names Plan shall be in no way conclusive as to the exact and precise location of any road or landmark hereon, and said Tobyhanna Township Road Names Plan only shows the general locations of such roads. The Tobyhanna Township Road Names Plan is only intended to illustrate the names given and/or assigned to such roads within Tobyhanna Township.
