A.
Size, load and weight requirements shall be enforced by any traffic
officer as set forth in Ch. 348, Wis. Stats., and prosecuted according
to the public policy and established penalties therein. Any violation
of the other provisions of this chapter by any person shall be unlawful
and shall be referred to the County Corporation Counsel, who shall
expeditiously prosecute all such violators. A violator of this chapter
where penalties as set forth in Ch. 348, Wis. Stats., do not apply,
shall upon conviction forfeit to Green Lake County a penalty of not
less than $10 and not more than $5,000, together with a taxable cost
of such action. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a
separate offense.

B.
Any law enforcement officer or designated employees of the Green
Lake County Highway Department are hereby authorized to issue citations
for violations of this chapter.
