The repair of automobiles, trucks or other motor vehicles in
the public right-of-way within the Township of Maplewood be and is
hereby prohibited except for emergency repairs.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any repair which disables the automobile, truck or motor
vehicle.
Emergency repairs shall not exceed four hours and only so long
as the vehicles is located in an area that does not constitute a hazard
or unreasonable interference to pedestrian or motor vehicle traffic.
