It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or install any
bar, strip, chain, cable, wire or other material which shall constitute
a barrier on any door or window of any residentially zoned dwelling
owned, occupied, maintained, managed or possessed by him/her.

Downspouts on any building in the City shall not direct water
from roofs or gutters below ground level; such downspouts shall discharge
water above ground in such manner as to avoid or prevent erosion and
shall not unduly discharge onto property of others.
All construction in the City shall comply with the requirements
of Sections 319.200 through 319.207, RSMo., and any amendments thereto,
relating to earthquakes and seismic connection requirements.
