A. Section 710.270 of the Municipal Code of the City of Maryville is
adopted herein by reference as if fully set forth.
B. Commercial, Industrial, Public Institutional Sewer Charge. Any user
of water other than a domestic or residential water user who uses
water for commercial or industrial purposes and said water is not
discharged into the sewer system of the City may have said water metered
through a subtracting meter in order to obtain credit for the sewer
charge. The charge then made to said customer shall be based upon
the amount of water furnished the customer during the month, less
the amount recorded by the subtracting meter which was not discharged
into the sewerage system of the City.
C. Sections 710.290 through 710.320 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Maryville, are adopted herein by reference as if fully set forth.

A. The City of Maryville does hereby adopt reasonable fees for reimbursement
of cost of setting up and operating the City of Maryville's Pretreatment
Program which include the following:
1.
Fees for wastewater discharge permit application including the
cost of processing such applications:
a.
One hundred dollars ($100.00).
2.
Fees for monitoring, inspection, and surveillance procedures
including the cost of collection and analyzing a user's discharge,
and reviewing monitoring reports submitted by users:
a.
Collections Of Samples — Bi-Annual.
(1) Forty dollars ($40.00) per year.
(a) Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per five (5) year
permit.
b.
Analyzing Discharge — Bi-Annual.
(1) Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per year.
(a) Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per
five (5) year permit.
c.
Reviewing Monitoring Reports Submitted By Users — Bi-Annual.
(1) Thirty dollars ($30.00) per year.
(a) One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per five (5)
year permit.
3.
Fees for reviewing and responding to accidental discharge procedures
and construction:
a.
As incurred by the City of Maryville.
4.
Fees for filing appeals:
a.
As incurred by the City of Maryville.
5.
Other fees as the City of Maryville may deem necessary to carry
out the requirements contained herein. These fees relate solely to
the matters covered by this Chapter and are separate from all other
fees, fines, and penalties chargeable by the City of Maryville.
