Chapter 210 Offenses

Editor's Note: Ord. No. 22-07, adopted 8-1-2022, amended this Chapter 210, Offenses, to conform to include the Missouri Charge Code Manual and was superseded by Ord. No. 23-08.

Editor's Note: Ord. No. 23-08, adopted 8-7-2023, adopted the August 28, 2022 to August 27, 2023, Missouri Charge Code Manual, as currently set forth and as may be changed from time to time, by reference in the City of Tipton. It additionally stated: Chapter 210 of the Tipton City Code shall be amended to reference the corresponding Missouri Charge Code Manual charge code number related to municipal offenses to the corresponding section numbers associated with the outlined offenses listed in Chapter 210. Additionally it stated: Any municipal ordinance offense not listed in Chapter 210 of the City Code, but contained in the Missouri Charge Code Manual, shall be added as an offense in Chapter 210 of the City Code and shall be enforced in the City hence forth.

The City has been instructed by the codifier that any specific changes to this Chapter 210 will need to be submitted in detail to be included within this published Chapter. A copy of the current Charge Code Amended Chapter may be found on file in the City offices.
