A.
The City of De Soto Waste Removal Program will be uniform for all
residents of the City. Service includes: trash, yard waste and recycling
pickup.
B.
The following rate structure will be in place effective May 1, 2015:
Year One price: sixteen dollars and twenty five cents ($16.25)
per month, per home (5/01/2015 — 4/30/2016)
Year Two price: sixteen dollars and sixty-five cents ($16.65)
per month, per home (5/01/2016 — 4/30/2017)
Year Three price: seventeen dollars and five cents ($17.05)
per month, per home (5/01/2017 — 4/30/2018)
Year Four price: seventeen dollars and forty cents ($17.40)
per month, per home (5/01/2018 — 4/30/2019)
Year Five price: seventeen dollars and seventy cents ($17.70)
per month, per home (5/01/2019 — 4/30/2020)
C.
All residents will receive a ninety-gallon tote [additional tote
three dollars ($3.00)] and recycling bins (provided as needed) for
services.
D.
Sixty-four-gallon totes for recycling are available upon request.
