trailers, and motorized recreational vehicles are a danger to the
health, safety and welfare of the people living or traveling on these
streets in any residential areas.

parked on any of the roads, alleys, avenues, streets or parts of the
streets and private properties in residential areas any commercial
vehicle and/or truck exceeding one-ton load capacities, boats, rigs
and trailers, including utility, commercial, motor homes or living
trailers, motorized recreational vehicles or other vehicles which
bear a commercial motor vehicle or trailer registration plate.
Trailers, including utility, commercial, motor home or living
trailers, motorized recreational vehicles and boats, may not be stored
in any required front, side, or rear yards, streets or alleys in any
residential areas.
Parking any commercial vehicle or other tractor, trailer, or
tractor-trailer combination shall not be permitted on any of the roads,
alleys, avenues, streets or parts of the streets and private properties
in any residential areas of the City of Clairton for unreasonably
long period of time except for the purpose of loading or unloading
products or deliveries for a period not to exceed two hours.
