The Riverhead Recreation Advisory Committee is hereby created
consisting of nine persons who are residents of the Town of Riverhead.
The purpose of said Committee is that of an advisory board to
the Town Board, and said Committee is to report only to said Town
Board of the Town of Riverhead.
A.
The Recreation
Advisory Committee shall oversee the expenditure of park and recreation
funds.
B.
The Recreation
Advisory Committee shall review projects for both the present and
future recreational needs of the community.
C.
The Recreation
Advisory Committee shall prioritize suggestions coming through the
Recreation Department and, with Recreation, Engineering and Accounting,
shall prioritize new projects or improvements to existing facilities.
D.
The Recreation
Advisory Committee will participate in the planning and administration
of approved recreation projects.
