Fences may be constructed and erected on properties within the
City limits, providing however, that no fence of solid construction
shall be permitted, nor any "spite fence" nor shall
any fence be permitted, erected or constructed beyond the front setback
building line on any lot or lots within the City.

Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter shall upon
conviction be assessed a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00)
nor exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). Every day that any such
violation continues shall be construed as a separate violation.
