The purpose of the C-1 Mixed Use District is to encourage the
development of large sites in key locations on the regional transportation
network for integrated campus-style office parks and compatible supporting
residential and commercial uses to strengthen the economic base of
the region and establish an attractive integrated living and working
environment.
In the C-1, Mixed Use, District only the following uses are
