From and after the effective date of this section, there shall
be regularly paid from the general funds of the Borough to the duly
elected President of the Council of the Borough of Collingdale the
sum of $200 per month, subject to the limitations and requirements
of the statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
