A.
The parks shall be open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
B.
No alcoholic beverages are to be used in the park.
C.
No glass containers are to be used in the park.
D.
There will be no swimming in the park.
E.
Motor vehicles and bikes are prohibited.
F.
Fires are prohibited except in designated areas.
G.
The use of the athletic fields and other facilities are by permit
only. Nonresidents will be required to pay a maintenance fee, which
will be established by Council.
H.
Parents are liable for the acts of minors.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $300 and/or to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 90 days.

The areas of parks and playgrounds where children are present,
including but not limited to Collingdale Park, Collingdale Community
Center, Veterans Field, Westmont Playground and Pusey Park, within
the borders of the Borough of Collingdale shall be designated tobacco-free,
and the use of any tobacco product in any form shall be hereafter
prohibited.
The Borough shall post "Young Lungs at Play" signs or other
appropriate signage delineating the tobacco-free areas.
