Editor's Note: This local law was passed by referendum at the general election held on 11-8-1994.
The term of office of elective Town Supervisor of the Town of North Collins shall be four years. Such four-year term shall commence on the first day of January following the first biennial Town election after the effective date of this article.
At the biennial Town election next following the effective date of this article, and every four years thereafter, the Town Supervisor shall be elected for a term of four years.
This article shall supersede in its application to the Town of North Collins § 24 of the Town Law with respect to the term of office of the elective Town Supervisor.[1]
