Pursuant to § 267 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Town Board does hereby create a Town Zoning Board of Appeals by appointing five persons as members of such Town Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Town Board may establish two alternate Zoning Board of Appeals member positions for purposes of substituting for any member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, in the event such member is unable to participate for any reason. Alternate members of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be appointed by resolution of the Town Board for terms established by the Town Board.
