It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the operation of any railroad train within the City limits.

It shall be unlawful for any person without proper authority and permission from the City to climb up, on or about the water tower which supports the water tank of the City of Billings, Missouri, or to trespass or damage said water tower or water tank in any way.
