A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Billings, Missouri, being
marked and designated as the International Building Code, 2018 Edition,
including Appendix Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4, Chapter
5, Chapter 6, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 10, Chapter
11, Chapter 12, Chapter 1, Chapter 14, Chapter 15, Chapter 16, Chapter
17, Chapter 18, Chapter 19, Chapter 20, Chapter 21, Chapter 22, Chapter
23, Chapter 24, Chapter 25, Chapter 26, Chapter 27, Chapter 28, Chapter
29, Chapter 30, Chapter 31, Chapter 32, Chapter 33, Chapter 34 and
Chapter 35, as published by the International Code Council, be and
is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City of Billings in
the State of Missouri for regulating and governing the conditions
and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures by providing
the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical
things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe,
sanitary and fit for occupation and use; and the condemnation of buildings
and structures unfit for human occupancy and use and the demolition
of such structures as herein provided; providing for the issuance
of permits and collection of fees therefore; and each and all of the
regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building
Code on file in the office of the City of Billings are hereby referred
to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section.
