As used throughout the Code of the Village of Homer Glen, the
following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Homer Glen.
Any vocation, occupation, profession, enterprise, concern,
or any other type of activity, together with all devices, machines,
equipment, vehicles and appurtenances used therein.
The Village Code.
The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Homer
Glen.
Any individual, firm, association, partnership, corporation,
trust, or any other legal entity.
The President of the Village of Homer Glen.
The Village of Homer Glen.
