Editor's Note: This ordinance also superseded former
Ch. 97, Recovery Plan, adopted 3-27-2002 by Ord. No. 1728.
The City of Clairton hereby amends its Revised Recovery Plan
for the years of 2007 to 2009 in accordance with the amendments and
revisions prepared and proposed by Michael Foreman, the Recovery Plan
Coordinator for the City of Clairton appointed by the Department of
Community and Economic Development, Governor's Center for Local
Government Services, and with an exact copy of said Revised Recovery
Plan being attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

Except as specifically amended herein, all other provisions
of the previous Revised Recovery Plan for the City of Clairton shall
remain in full force and effect.
The City of Clairton hereby authorizes the enactment and reenactment
of all ordinances and amendments to ordinances necessary for the implementation
of the amendments to the Revised Recovery Plan as prepared and proposed
by Michael Foreman, the Recovery Plan Coordinator for the City of
Clairton appointed by the Department of Community and Economic Development,
Governor's Center for Local Government Services, and pursuant
to the Municipalities Financial Recovery Act, as amended, 53 P.S.
§ 11701.101 et seq.
