No person, group of persons or corporations shall make use of
the City of Clairton Council chambers unless an application is made
therefor and the proper fee is paid, such fee to be set from time
to time by resolution of the City Council.
The application referred to in §
17-1 above is to be filed with the City Clerk and shall contain the following information:
A. The name of the person, group of persons or corporation making the
application.
B. The address of the applicant.
C. The purpose of the meeting.
D. The date and length of time of the meeting.
E. The number of persons estimated to attend the meeting.
F. An acknowledgment that the applicant will either clean the chambers
after the meeting or that he or she will pay the City for such cleaning.
Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee in the amount
of $150 per meeting and shall also be required to post a cash bond
of $50, which shall be held by the City for purposes of insuring that
the applicant will clean the chambers after the meeting and also for
any instances of damage. If the premises is left clean and there is
no damage, the fifty-dollar bond shall be returned.
