The Public Health Coordinator of the County of Ocean is hereby
designated as Health Officer of the Township of Eagleswood, who shall
be its general agent for the enforcement of its Code and ordinances
and the sanitary laws of the State of New Jersey. The Ocean County
Health Department is designated as the agent of the Township of Eagleswood
Board of Health to carry out a program of public health services in
conformance with the Local Health Services Act. All of this is in
accordance with an interlocal services agreement with the County of
Ocean, which is on file with the Municipal Clerk.
