It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or park a bicycle on any street which the City Council shall from time to time designate, under its police power, as unsafe for bicycle traffic and upon which street signs have been posted showing that such streets are barred to bicycle riding. In addition to the Police Department, the Ordinance Officer is hereby empowered to enforce this section and all other provisions of this chapter.

The riding or parking of bicycles on any sidewalks in the City of Clairton is prohibited.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction be punishable by a fine not exceeding $600, plus costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days.
